Welcome to The Good Dog Food Company blog! We’re very excited our food is now on the market and we hope you will try it out on your four-legged family members. It can be purchased in bulk online, but if you wish to buy a smaller quantity please visit one of the retail outlets that carries our product. A list of these places can be found on the “Where to Buy” page. We’re thrilled that Whole Foods has recognized how unique and healthy our product is and has decided to purchase entire freezers of it for their pet food aisles at two locations!
You may be wondering when we will be coming out with our other varieties. From this point forward we hope to be coming out with new products as quickly as possible. We put each of our recipes through extensive laboratory testing to ensure our food is balanced and that our nutrients are present in their ideal ratios, which takes some time. We also have a doctor of veterinary nutrition working with us to develop our recipes. As a well-renowned doctor in his field he also works assisting major pet food corporations, and thus is in very high demand. We will try to get the future products out that you see as “coming soon” on the home page as quickly as possible, but please be patient with us and know that we only want to give your dog the very best. We also want to let you know that we have plans to come up with recipes designed for dogs with specific health issues, and possibly breed specific diets as well, so keep checking up on our progress!
If you would like to discuss with us any questions you might have that were not answered on the site, or if you wish to meet Trucker, our company mascot and inspiration for Trucker’s Mutt-loaf, please visit us at our booth on Saturday, October 11 at the “Family, Fur, and Fun Festival” from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. at the Summerlin Centre Community Park - 1800 Town Center - between W. Charleston & W. Sahara. We will also be visiting dog parks around the valley this fall, so please check back for the schedule of where we’ll be and when. Additionally, we are in the process of planning our grand launch party and working on our booth for Pet-a-Palooza, both of which will take place in the Spring. Information on those events will be posted as it becomes available.
