Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three daysof the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will bemade promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition inwhich it was shipped, and must still be frozen if received frozen.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  In that case, youmust file a claim with the carrier.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will beassessed a $3.00 processing fee.

All packages are to be fully insured.  Do to the frozen nature of someof our products you must notify us of any return so that we will beexpecting your package.  Returns that are sent without our priorknowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.  They will bededucted from the total amount of your refund.



Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you wishto cancel your order after this 24 hour period we will issue you anonline store credit that will be valid for one year, as long as yourorder has not yet been shipped. Here at The Good Dog Food Company, we want your online purchases to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Good Dog Food is available for purchase and shipping to Southern Nevada, Southern California and the State of Arizona.  If you would like to confirm that we ship to your zip code, please call us at (702) ###-#### or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Good Dog Food is shipped via UPS ground within 3 days of confirmation that payment has been received.  Orders are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada.  We will notify you via email when the exact arrival date of your order is known. 

Good Dog Food is delicious, nutritious, and perishable.  For items to be shipped frozen, we will not ship your order until we have confirmation you will be able to receive your order on the day it is scheduled to arrive by UPS. 

There is a flat $18 delivery fee on all orders shipped; and we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.  Any orders prepared for you and ready to be shipped on those days will be shipped on the next business day.
